OUR RETURN POLICY
We are committed to excellent customer service. We will try our best to find a resolution to any issue. If you would like to return your purchase please contact customer service at email@example.com within 3 days of delivery. Please note all returns of unused items will receive store credit.
Returns are at the sole discretion of our customer service department and must be pre-approved. We do not accept returns on used products and all returns must be shipped within 5 days of delivery. If a return or exchange is pre-approved, please allow 5 -14 business days for delivery of new merchandise and/or processing your return order.
We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you choose to return/exchange your unused merchandise with all tags attached, shipping is at your expense. Original shipping and handling charges are also nonrefundable. Be sure to include your invoice number and your reason for returning/exchanging merchandise. Please make record of your delivery tracking number for future reference.
