We are committed to excellent customer service.  We will try our best to find a resolution to any issue.  If you would like to return your purchase please contact customer service at within 3 days of ​delivery. Please note all returns of unused items will receive store credit. 

Returns are at the sole discretion of our customer service department and must be pre-approved. We do not accept returns on used products and all returns must be shipped within 5 days of delivery. If a return or exchange is pre-approved, please allow 5 -14 business days for delivery of new merchandise and/or processing your return order.

We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you choose to return/exchange your unused merchandise with all tags attached, shipping is at your expense. Original shipping and handling charges are also nonrefundable.​ Be sure to include your invoice number and your reason for returning/exchanging merchandise. Please make record of your delivery tracking number for future reference.
